Will a signature scent smell fake in my café?
No. We start from high-quality, true-to-food fragrances and match the one that smells like your product — then you smell and approve it before it ever goes live. We tune it noticeable but never overwhelming. A cheap, synthetic smell is the one thing we won't do.
Can't I just buy a scent diffuser and do this myself?
You could — but the diffuser is the easy part. The hard part is choosing a scent that reads real (not cheap), at the right strength, in the right spot — and knowing whether it's actually lifting sales. A wrong scent drives people away, which is worse than none. We handle all of it, prove it works on your own numbers before you pay a cent, and keep it running — so you never have to think about it.
Is scent diffusion safe near food in an F&B shop?
Yes to both. The scent is food-safe (IFRA-compliant) and never touches your product — it sits at the point of decision, not over the food. It's discreet and low-maintenance: we set it up and keep it fresh, so there's no work for your staff.
What if scent branding doesn't work for my shop?
That's exactly what the free pilot is for. We measure it together on your own numbers, and if it doesn't earn its place, we remove it — at no cost. The risk is ours, not yours.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
No. The pilot is free with no contract, and the plan afterwards is cancel-anytime. You only continue if it earns its place.
How soon can a scent pilot go live in Singapore?
Once we've matched your scent, a pilot can be live in your space within days. Founding-partner spots are limited, so earlier is better.
Is scent marketing expensive?
A managed service in Singapore starts around S$9 a day per outlet, and with us it begins with a free two-week pilot, no contract. A DIY diffuser is cheaper on paper, but the real cost is months of guessing and the sales you miss if the scent is wrong. How do you know the extra sales are from the scent?
You can't isolate it perfectly, and we don't pretend to. A two-week pilot is a signal, not a lab experiment. We alternate scented and unscented days, compare matched weekdays, set aside promo days and holidays, and look for whether scented days consistently come out ahead across several cycles, not on one lucky day. The bar is low on purpose: if scented days reliably beat the daily cost, it's worth keeping; if not, you stop. Honest, directional evidence on your own numbers.
